How are you different from other career coaches?
As a former recruiter, I understand what companies look for in candidates. I know all behind-the-scenes information from the Applicant Tracking System works to define salary bands, and I can deal with those pesky recruiters! I provide a significant level of support and tailored game plans. I approach my clients with kindness, empathy, compassion, and compassion.
What’s your success ratio?
While I can’t guarantee that you will get a job while working with me, I will ensure that you feel 100% prepared, confident, and assured that you are putting your best foot forward at the end of our time together.
How do I know if I am a good fit for your services?
I focus on mid-career professionals who have the means and time to value the process intentionally—people who want to invest in themselves to elevate their career path.
What happens if I get into my program and something changes my situation?
We pivot. Sometimes, life happens, and although it’s not recommended, we pause and reschedule. However, if you get a role before our time has ended, we will modify your remaining program to help you with your first 90 days on the job. I want you to feel like you have a sounding board, feel supported and brainstorm possible strategies for overcoming challenges.
How much is your package?
Before we discuss price, it’s essential to determine if you are a fit for my program. The first step is to schedule a Discovery Call. Once we decide you are a fit, I’ll review the various pricing options with you.
